1. Showroom Products & Warranties

All water purifiers and components sold by Divinepure are brand new, genuine, and backed by their respective manufacturer and showroom warranty terms. Standard electrical components carry a 1-year replacement warranty unless specified otherwise.

2. Doorstep Service & Diagnostic Visits

Our service technicians operate during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 8:30 PM). Standard inspection fees apply for non-warranty breakdown calls. If a replacement filter or spare is approved and installed during the visit, the inspection fee is adjusted towards the total bill.

3. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC contracts are valid for exactly 365 days from the date of activation. Comprehensive plans cover electrical parts and scheduled periodic filter changes as detailed in the contract certificate.
